License Grant
Chalkfield Practice grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use this app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may use this app to manage your youth sports team's practices, games, and player development.
Your Content
You retain ownership of the data you enter into the app, including player information, practice plans, and game data. By using the app, you grant Chalkfield a license to store, process, and transmit your data as necessary to provide and improve our services. This license continues for as long as your data is stored in our systems.
Data Collection & Analytics
By using this app, you agree to the collection, use, and processing of data as described in our Privacy Policy, including usage analytics, device information, crash reports, and de-identification of data for analytics and research purposes.
Communications
By using this app, you agree to receive communications from Chalkfield, including product updates, feature announcements, and coaching tips. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use this app only for its intended purpose: managing youth sports team activities. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the app. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any data you enter into the app.
Data Accuracy
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of roster information, player data, and any other content you enter into the app. The app provides tools to assist with practice planning and lineup generation, but final decisions about player participation and safety remain your responsibility as a coach or team manager.
No Warranty
This app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose. Use of the app is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chalkfield shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this app. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data or decisions made based on information displayed by the app.
Termination
This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with these terms. Upon termination, you should delete the app from your device. Standard Apple App Store terms also apply.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The latest terms are always available within the app.
