How do I restore my subscription on a new device?
Open the app, go to More > Subscription, and tap "Restore Purchases." Your subscription is tied to your Apple ID and will be restored automatically.
Is my data backed up?
Currently, all data is stored locally on your device and included in your iCloud device backups. Cloud sync for multi-device access is coming in a future update.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Go to Settings > your name > Subscriptions on your iPhone to manage or cancel.
How do I delete my account and data?
Go to More > Account and tap "Delete Account." This permanently removes all your data. You can also delete the app to remove all local data from your device.
Is this app safe for teams with young players?
Yes. Chalkfield Practice is designed for coaches, not children. We comply with COPPA requirements, don't collect data directly from children, and don't use advertising trackers. See our Privacy Policy for details.
